Apartment with a capacity for up to six people, a great place to spend your holidays in Marbella, staying opposite the sea a few steps from El Cable beach. This property has three bedrooms and a terrace with a side-on view to the sea. It´s situated 15/20 minutes on foot from the Alameda and the historic centre of the city. A very comfortable option for a holiday rental apartment; three bedrooms, bright lounge and the fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for your stay, including an oven and washing machine. There are two full bathrooms. The terrace is furnished, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. There is air conditioning in the apartment and heating for the colder months. There is also a Wi-Fi connection.
