Apartment near the sea, on the ground floor. It is located at 3 minutes walking from the beach, just 100 mts. Newly renovated, with a large terrace of 180 mts. It is ideal for families who want to enjoy a few days on the beach and be in a quiet area. The beach of Oliva has about 9 km of coast of fine golden sand, to take long walks by the sea, there are many areas without building, without restaurants and without hotels, you will only see the sand dunes and the sea. It is difficult to find this beach scenery in other places We prefer families as it is in a quiet area. No parties or events are allowed. There is a public parking 50 meters away. Bus service from Oliva - Madrid from the group Avanza has a stop at 50 mts. Valencia 75 km, Alicante 105 km, Benidorm 60 km, Calpe 34 km, Gandia 8 km, Denia 20 km and from Denia boat to Ibiza in 2.5 hours
I like to walk by the sea and enjoy the sun and the climate that we have in these beaches.
The apartment is on the beach called “ Paupi “. This beach, every year receives the blue flag for its quality in the water and access. A quiet and familiar area, the construction of almost the entire beach is 2 heights so there is not a lot of people there like in other cities. Located on the main street at the ebtrance of Oliva beach. 300 mts from the yacht club and tennis club and 100 mts area restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. 3 km away there is a golf course. Oliva town is 2 km away from the beach and there are supermarkets by all known. The festivals of tourist interest are the third week of July. Quiet and family friendly.
