Beautiful and bright flat of 75 m² in the wonderful village of La Caleta in the south of Tenerife. Unbeatable location on the coast, 400 metres from the sea. In an area with gastronomic variety where you can enjoy sunsets overlooking the island of La Gomera. It has capacity for 6 people. It has a spacious master bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe. Secondary bedroom with two single beds. New kitchen, fully equipped, with kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven. The living room has a sofa bed. It also has a nice terrace. The complex also has a communal swimming pool, perfect to complement the stay in this brand new flat. It also has WIFI, two televisions and washing machine.

In the surroundings of the flat, very close to it, there are several bars and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, tourist activities services and it is also close to the bus stop of the famous water park Siam Park.
