Two-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor, with access to its own terrace and to the garden of the community floor in the residential complex Ferrera Park, within 5 minute walk from the lovely beach of Cala Ferrera. From the entrance there is access to the open kitchen with a table for meals. Going down two steps, is the living room with access to its terrace with a table and chairs to eat and to the community garden. The apartment has two bedrooms. One very spacious, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second has twin beds. There is a second shower-room. There is a community pool in front of the sea. Direct access to the sea with ladder on the rocks. Lawned garden areas with a pinewood give a fresh atmosphere to the Ferrera Park.
