The apartment is situated very conveniently for exploring the city center. It has everything necessary even for longer stays (e.g., washing machine) and it was very clean and cozy. Dishes and glasses seemed brand new and there was coffee and tea available (as well as a coffee maker and an electric kettle), and also salt and spices. I appreciated immensely the numerous guides for the city which gave me some really good tips. The owner was very kind and explained perfectly how to get around the city and collect/ return the keys.

Recién reformado y amueblado, su confort te hará sentir como en casa. De diseño moderno y funcional pero integrado en un antiguo edificio en una pequeña y céntrica calle en el corazón de Sevilla. Este apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones cómodas y agradables en pleno centro de Sevilla. Se ubica en una calle peatonal por lo que es muy silencioso y tranquilo. Dispone de Wifi gratuito. La cocina está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y enseres. El baño también está totalmente equipado equipado (toallas, jabón, secador, papel higiénico). Cuenta con una habitación un balcón que da a la calle por lo que está bien iluminado, tiene una cama de matrimonio de 150 cm (con sábanas y edredón incluidos). El salón, unido a la cocina, dispone de climatización frío-calor, televisión y un cómodo sofá-cama para 2 personas. Si fuera necesario, hay disponibilidad de una cuna para bebé(avisad con antelación para prepararla).
Mi atención hacia mi huésped será absolutamente personalizada, pondré todos mis conocimientos sobre esta ciudad a tu disposición para facilitarte la estancia en Sevilla y hacer de esta una experiencia inolvidable. Estaré encantada de daros la bienvenida a mi ciudad, además de explicaros todo lo referente al funcionamiento del apartamento, podré proporcionarte toda la información sobre la oferta cultural, artística y social. Cualquier cosa que necesitéis siempre estaré a tu disposición durante la estancia.
El apartamento está situado en un lugar muy estratégico, lo que permite disfrutar de Sevilla tanto como sea posible sin necesidad de ningún vehículo. A 10 minutos a pie de los principales monumentos de Sevilla, disfrutando de pasear por las estrechas y antiguas calles del centro. Pocos minutos a la Casa de Pilatos, Plaza de la Alfalfa, Plaza del Salvador, Catedral, Giralda y Ayuntamiento, entre otros. El apartamento está situado en la calle Lanza. Esta zona es conocida como La Puerta de Carmona, denominada así porque aquí se localizaba una de las puerta de acceso de la ciudad. Hasta aquí llegaba el acueducto romano que transportaba el agua hasta el Real Alcázar. Por nuestro barrio todavía se encuentran restos de esta canalización y parte de la muralla defensiva. Durante vuestra estancia en calle Lanza conviviréis con calles, lugares y vestigios históricos y se convertirán en algo cotidiano. La zona de la Puerta de Carmona era limítrofe con la judería y la morería sevillana. Un lugar de mezcla cultural a lo largo de los siglos. Tiene fácil acceso a la estación de tren, autobús y el aeropuerto.
