Very bright apartment with capacity for 2 people, located in Plaza de Santa Ana just 2 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol. Located on the third floor of a historic building without elevator, the apartment is fully equipped with flat screen television, hot and cold air conditioning, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, water heater, and kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils. It has a full bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer. It has a room with a double bed and a large closet. The living room also has a three-seater sofa and a dining table with its respective chairs. As it has space for 2 people, it is a perfect apartment for couples or friends who come to the center of Madrid either for work or leisure reasons. There is a public parking just 50m from the apartment.
