We loved the beds. The comfort was unbelievable. We loved the interior layout of the rental unit.

Tania, the host, was very helpful in checking us in and going out of her way to come with us to the parking lot to make sure we could find our way there and back to the apartment. She also checked in with us afterwards to see if we needed anything. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. It even has a washer/dryer combo that worked out well for us.

The place was amazing. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Lots of space in a comfortable environment. Having laundry facilities was a bonus. The beds were also very comfortable. Nearby a lot of restaurants.

These are very spacious apartments, with a full kitchen, washer/ dryer, and essentially all you need for a longer stay. The living room had a sofa and table, TV, and the bedroom has a built in robe. I think they were excellent value for money and would return if I needed to go to Seville again. The location is in the old town, close enough to the city centre to come and go if needed, just a short walk. Walking to the Alcazar and Cathedral (major attractions) is through a series of pleasant shopping streets. The host was very attentive. She was there available at the time we arranged, and came to meet us outside and to guide us to the parking lot. Instructions were comprehensive and even when we could not fund the wifi password (after hours) she promptly answered the phone and helped us.

Great location to all the sites and monuments one would like to visit in 3 or 4 days. Easy walking everywhere. Lots of great little restaurants in the area (check out Espacio Eslava that is downstairs). The staff was very proactive. There was a problem with the shower door in our bathroom that the staff told us about a we checked in. The door repair was more extensive than anticipated and we were upgraded to a nicer apartment at no cost.

The staffs are extraordinary helpful👍👍. Communication is efficient and our needs during the stay were responded to quickly. The location, to us, is excellent. It is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, with the beautiful church Santa Maria just next to it. It takes only a 20 minutes walk to the Catedral. It is an interesting walk as you will pass through the local neighbourhood and then the shopping street. Last but not the least, the restaurant run by the apartment, Espacio Eslava, is a must try but make sure you make a reservation one month before😅

Fantastic location: multiple great restaurants and cafes around. Although close to main touristic attractions (~10-20 minutes walk away from cathedral etc), it also feel like a place where local residents actually live (schools, few tourists around, etc). Spacious apartment (penthouse) was plenty of space for 2 adults + 1 toddler. The place is actually split on two levels, which was great and we could let our toddler walk up/down the stairs, run around the private terrasse, etc. Modern and functional: pretty much everything worked well, windows well insulated so no noise coming from outside, good shower/water pressure, etc. Responsive hosts: whenever we needed, hosts responded fairly quickly (via booking messaging or text). They also arranged for a taxi from/to the airport with a carseat, which we are very grateful for.
