APTO SOLMAR - Fantastic apartment for 6 people on the 5th floor, with a lift. It has a living room with a double sofa bed, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large balcony where you can enjoy views of the sea and the pool. In the community area there is a picnic area, a tennis court and a play area for the smallest of the house. One of its greatest charms is its location, as it is located on the Paseo Marítimo 50 meters from the beach and very close to all services. It is a great choice for a family vacation.

Santa Susanna is located to the north of the Barcelona coast, just 45 km from Barcelona city, in the heart of Maresme and near the Costa Brava, it is an ideal family tourism destination. In addition, in the municipality you can practice a wide variety of activities since it is a great destination for sports tourism. Enjoy an environment full of nature between the sea and the mountains; with two kilometers of quality beaches to savor the sea and the sun, and the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park, where you can stroll admiring the spectacular landscape.You also have the possibility of doing all kinds of nautical sports or doing routes in mountain bike, among many other proposals offered by the municipality. Santa Susanna has a train station that circulates throughout the Costa del Maresme, facilitating travel if you do not want to use your vehicle. It also has a rail that offers you a nice walk through the town of Santa Susanna.
