Property info

Two-bedroom flat plus aliving room-kitchen, 5 minutes walk from Plaza del Pilar. It has a master bedroom with a 150 cm wide (queen) bed and a second bedroom with a 90 cm wide trundle bed and a large desk with desk chair. If necessary, the trundle bed can be removed and the work area can be taken out, so that two individual beds remain. The building was finished in 2007 but has no lift, however, the flat is on the second floor so it is easy to access. Fully equipped kitchen and ducted heating/air conditioning in all rooms. There is the possibility to rent a parking spot nearby the apartment. Please inquire about availability before you book.

Neighborhood info

Very central, multicultural neighborhood, 2 minutes walk away from the Central Market Hall or 5 from the Plaza del Pilar. Despite being central, in occasions, is a bit run down and not as clean as other parts of the city.
