We liked the modern decor of the apartment. It was quite spacious, especially with the 2 terraces. The neighborhood area was very peaceful/quiet and not touristy. When we visited, it was VERY HOT outside and it was wonderful to be able to come back to the apartment and turn on the excellent air conditioning. Communication with the hosts was very easy via WhatsApp.

It's an amazing and comfortable penthouse, completely quiet despite being right in the centre of Barcelona. Its spectacular 45m² terrace enjoys full privacy and gets sun all day long for you to enjoy. It has parquet floors and elegant Asian style furniture, and it's ideal for both business and tourism.

Neighborhood info

We are placed in the Eixample district, just 20min walk from Plaça Catalunya and 15min walk from Plaça de Espanya and Fira Barcelona. It's a central and elegant residential neighbourhood, famous for being home to most of Barcelona's art nouveau buildings. It's a safe area but also a vibrant one, with nightlife and a thriving café culture.
