The interior of the penthouse is distributed on two levels. On the main floor, you'll find a bright and spacious living room, decorated in an attractive and inviting vintage style. This area is perfect for spending time with company or simply resting while enjoying the sea views through large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and share with friends on the balcony or terrace while enjoying your dishes with a sea view. Additionally, if you want to take a moment to work on the computer, you can do so from a quiet office with a pleasant view. On the upper floor, you'll find the master bedroom with direct access to a large terrace and a private bathroom, all meticulously furnished for comfort and quality bedding to ensure a pleasant stay. This large beachfront terrace is undoubtedly one of the privileges of this property. It's an ideal space to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, whether sunbathing, dining outdoors, or simply contemplating the seascape and listening to the relaxing sound of the waves. This magnificent terrace also features a chill zone to escape the hottest days. The swimming pool season is from June 15 to September 15, the bathing hours are from 11am to 9pm* * Due to the severe drought we are experiencing, there is a possibility of intermittent water outages during the night. Unfortunately, this also impacts the availability of the community pool, and we cannot guarantee its use during your stay. We appreciate your understanding in this situation beyond our control.
