Está todo muy bien explicado en la normativa y el apartamento es muy bonito, perfecto para lo que buscábamos, además el checkin y checkout sin complicaciones, le escribí a Ander por si podíamos salir 2h después de la hora indicada y nos dejó estar sin problemas, lo que nos ayudó mucho

This elegant flat is located in the area of Sarriko. About 10 minutes by metro you reach the Old Town, in the other direction, you have 15 minutes to the beach. It is a beautiful flat, very well refurbished and decorated, very quiet and with all the details for you to enjoy a perfect stay. Ideal for couples and business travelers. 60 m2 divided into 2 spacious and cosy rooms connected by a generous and elegant bathroom, can accommodate up to 3 people. Please note that the flat has only one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, so it may not be very comfortable for 3 people. Tourist licence: EBI00580

Neighborhood info

Located in the Deusto District, San Ignacio is a quiet and well-connected neighbourhood with all imaginable services (metro stop, bus stops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bank offices, swings, green areas...). Although the metro is the fastest option, walking to the centre is not a crazy idea. In just over 30 minutes walk along the estuary you will reach the Guggenheim Museum and a little further to the Old Town. If you are a sea lover... the beaches of Azkorri, Sopelana, Plentzia, Bakio... where you can enjoy the sunset during dinner (at the Bambu in Barrika, or the Eneperi in Bakio, or the Zabala in Getxo). Another essential is visiting the Castle of Butrón (both children and adults love it) or the island of San Juan Gaztelugatxe (especially interesting for fans of Game of Thrones, as several episodes have been filmed there!)
