The holiday home has a spacious, air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped, modern kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them is independant from the house, next to the pool) and can accommodate 6 people. It is possible to put up an extra bed for another person in the large bedroom. The comfortably furnished accommodation also features Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a baby cot, a highchair and heating in all rooms. The outside area with a covered terrace with garden furniture, a built-in barbecue and a 24 m² pool with sun loungers leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the top location, rent bicycles (2 bicycles are available) and explore the surroundings. Thanks to the central location of Casa Bona Mar, you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés within a few minutes' walk. The nearest sandy beach, Son Moll, is only 300 m away and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The minimum age for guests is 30 years (except children accompanied by their parents). Parties are not allowed. The house is located in a quiet residential area, which is why it should be quiet after 11 pm. Parking spaces are available on the property.
