The Inmobiliaria Cala Santanyí i Alquileres Drac is a small Majorcan family business that was founded by Juan Burguera at the beginning of tourism development in the southeast of the island. Damián Burguera, current manager of the company, has managed to guide the small family business to a high level of quality and service, bringing together the best professionals to offer our customers the best service without losing the personalized treatment of a family business. We currently have two offices, one is located in the center of the popular town of Santanyí, at number 11 of the Plaza Mayor, right next to the town hall. From here we organize sales and long-term rentals. The other office is in the first line of the Cala Santanyí right next to the beach. It is located in an apartment building called "Apartamentos Drac". From here we organize the entire management of the holiday rentals and the reception of customers for the apartments and houses.

In the bay of Cala Santanyí there are some traditional waterfront fishermen’s cottages. Ca’l Tio Miquel is one of them. It has been tastefully refurbished and converted into a very outstanding holiday home. The sandy beach is just a few steps away and if you want to take a refreshing bath, just go out the door.

Neighborhood info

A small but cozy beach is Cala Llombards. It’s only 55 meters long, so you have to get up early to find a seat before the entrance is closed. The appearance of nature enlivens this corner surrounded by pine trees and bushes. S’Amarador beach is easily accessible by car as it has parking nearby so you can enjoy the cleanliness of the sea and its sand. The water is crystal clear and the aquatic fauna is a paradise for lovers of the sea and diving and snorkeling. It is always a good plan to come to Santanyi and see the beauty of its nooks and crannies. There are countless possibilities that meet the various needs, as well as the length of stay and access options, whether by car or public transport. Summer is ideal for beach lovers as well as for various water sports. There is also the opportunity to explore nature reserves, visit bars and restaurants and do sports, including golf.
