Locatie is in woonwijk tegenover een school, maar toch relatief rustig. Het centrum met restaurant en barretjes is dichtbij evenals supermarkt en bakker. Er kan voor de deur gratis worden geparkeerd. Het huisje heeft een mooi en schoon zwembad en bestaat uit twee delen, waarbij een deel uitsluitend voor slapen en douchen is bedoeld.

Two fully equipped apartments (accessible from the inside) on two floors with separate entrances and each with a private swimming pool !! Great for friends and families, who want to spend a holiday together and still do not want to give up their privacy. The cozy village house Cal Tio has a lot of charm and is located in the heart of the Mallorcan town of Sa Pobla. This place is known for its music concerts, festivals and summer art exhibitions. Enjoy the balmy summer evenings in the large village square with its Spanish cafes and tapas bars. The authentic mallorquin house with its 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is designed perfectly for 12 people. The really special feature is that the house has two interconnected units - it even has two kitchens and offers the individual traveler by his layout a special privacy. In the private patio there is room for a cozy barbecue alltogether by the pool and on one of the terraces you can toast to a nice holiday in the whirlpool. Enjoy your holiday in a charming village house with pool, just 10 minutes from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Mallorca.
