The stay at La Goleta was fabulous. The reception staff was great, and Carlos in particular was excellent - he gave many useful tips and recommendations for how to spend time on the island and also where to park and find local products. The room was perfect - quiet and clean. One of the best things about the place was the delicious breakfast - wide selection of items with quite a few local specialities (or things made with local products). The hotel prides itself on sustainability and promoting local products and it shows.

The most amazing holiday. This hotel is intimate with beautiful interiors. Facilities were clean and staff went above and beyond to accommodate everything! A delightful combination, quiet with lovely bays and beaches, small shops and at least 6 good restaurants to choose from. Lots of lovely areas for walking and relaxing while enjoying beautiful views of the mountains and the sea.

Beautiful area and the actual Cala was lovely. Spectacular views from the hotel and the beach was very clean. Ample car parking, which can be a problem in Mallorca. A couple of really good little restaurants, especially Modesto and Cala Barques, both of which serve amazing food. The pharmacist should be avoided at all costs as a) they're prices are exorbitant and b) the lady in the shop is extremely rude

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Peaceful location which was just what we wanted for a quiet stay. Easy to get around the island by car. No TV which was perfect, but would have liked WiFi access in room. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and sitting outside on the terrace with a view was idyllic. We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in and were informed that we had received a room upgrade with a spectacular sea view. It was such a heartwarming gesture, especially since we were on our honeymoon. The hotel's thoughtful attention to our special occasion made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality and can't wait to return for future celebrations! The tranquility and serenity of the surroundings were a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was a truly unforgettable experience that combined luxurious comfort with a stunning natural backdrop. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. I had an incredible experience at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that they paid impeccable attention to detail. Location, views and tranquillity, great quality/price ratio. Could be improved the communication after checking -in. There's a restaurant just 2 minutes walking from the property, "Modesto", beautiful quiet garden and amazing food. This is the right place to stay in the north/west. It’s not all new and shiny, but that is a pro as the place has character. It’s quiet, simple, and exudes a vibe that really gets you into vacation mode. And, whenever you feel like it, the more busy Port de Pollença is only 10-15 minutes away by car. I stayed at Los Pinos for a couple of nights for cycling trips in the beautiful North of Mallorca and can only recommend it. Also great value for money.

The room was spacious, huge bed, large terrace with a beautiful view. The hotel is only a few minutes from the beach. I give 5 stars to the hotel because of one big reason: the staff was hugely welcoming, professional, warm. Especially Jose, Alonso, Lucia and the blonde lady who always welcomes you with a smile during the morning breakfast. I have rarely seen such services. Congratulations.DanBelgium

They are so professional and friendly and super helpful!  The pool is lovely with great views of the beach. We came at the very start of June and you could always get a lounge chair by the pool. The food at the bar by the pool was also very good. You definitely need a car here as there is almost no local restaurants for shops.
