The Casita (guesthouse) sits on the owners property of 1.5 acres. It is completely independent and offers you lots of space with a secluded walled private pool and terrace with barbecue. It is quiet and peaceful with stunning views to the Montgo mountain and surrounding hills. Your own garden area has many Mediterranean plants including orange and lemon trees. Perfect for fresh orange juice at breakfast or a refreshing G&T (when in season). There is plenty of room for children to enjoy ball games! The Casita is light and sunny all year round and has it’s own driveway and private parking for many vehicles. A NEW RESTUARANT OPENING MAY 2024 CALLED LULU BEACH BAR IS ONLY 5 MINUTE WALK FROM CASITA! Check their website. It has 2 ensuite bathrooms and is modern and comfortable with WiFi and free view UK TV in the sitting room and bedrooms. Full air-conditioning and heating. Included in the price is a welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk, wine, beer, soft drinks and a few snacks. A full shopping service is available for late arrivals at a nominal cost.

We have loved living in Jávea for the past 10 years! In 2018 we bought La Hacienda house on a plot of 5000sqm and on it is the casita so we have put in a pool and sun terrace (the casita is sunny all year) we value privacy and respect you won’t want us interfereing in any way unless you need help or advice. We are far enough away not to disturb you too. In May 2024 a new restaurant called Lulu beach bar is opening a 5 minute walk away! Check out their website, looks amazing! We are a sociable couple and enjoy walking, playing padel with friends, yoga for me and golf for Gary. We have 3 rescue dogs whom we walk daily and love them to bits. Pets are welcome here too. Anyone with dog allergies will have a problem so feel I should mention that.

The main beach and tourist area with lots of bars and restaurants is only a 10 minute drive away but it is ideally placed for visits to the historic old town and other places of interest with easy access to the main roads. Locally, there is also a 9 hole golf course, large supermarket, garage and a nice authentic Spanish restaurant 5 minutes walk away or if you prefer there is a Michelin star restaurant only a kilometre away. We have 2 sets of golf clubs and 2 mountain bikes for hire!
