Gorgeous penthouse in downtown, 50 metres from the Ayuntamiento square, with a wonderful and sunny 30m2 private terrace looking at the Ayuntamiento and at one of the nicest street of Valencia. Having breakfast in such a terrace is an absolute privilege, with its own cooking set that allow you to enjoy beautiful evenings. The penthouse is very cosy, full of nice details, such a very comfortable Tempur mattress. Its location is perfect, on the side of Valencia`s Town hall (Ayuntamiento), Central Food Market, Virgen`s square, Reina`s square, Quart Towers and Carmen district, the bohemian neighbourhood in Valencia. It is also at a couple of minutes walking, from calle Colon, the main shopping district, with shops as Zara, El Corte Inglés, Mango, etc. If you wish to go to the beach or visit the City of Arts and Sciences, you can easily use the public transportation from Plaza de la Reina. In the Fallas, you are in a very privileged location to see the Mascletá or the fireworks. Car is not necessary at all, anyway there`ss is public parking space few metres away from the flat. So, what are you waiting for!
You will fall in love with Valencia as I did many years ago.
The flat couldn`t be more central! Right in between the Town Hall and Plaza de Toros (bullfight arena), All main attractions are at walking distance; the Ayuntamiento square, the Cathedral, the Lonja, the Central Market, Quart and Serrano Towers and the shopping área. Furthermore, in the neighbourough, there are plenty of cafes with terrace and restaurants such as Restaurante Navarro, with its famous apple pie, from the original recipe of the grandmother, and if you take a walk at night, the district of Carmen will offer you a lot of entertainment with its bohemian cafes and pubs and charming restaurants. Transportation is very easy, train, bus and metro station are all within 100 metres. We are waiting for you!
