Property info

Modern architecture villa where straight and horizontal lines predominate, with wide spaces open to the outside and to the luminosity of Ibiza. The house has a total of 4 rooms. The two main bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with its own bathroom and terrace with views. A large bedroom and a smaller bedroom are located on the ground floor, these two rooms share the same bathroom. The kitchen has a modern, practical and functional design, fully open and equipped. Includes a small grill where you can prepare delicious meats or fishes.The property also has a separate billiard room to enjoy with family and friends. You will enjoy the internal and external Bose speakers (with bluetooth system) that will allow you to play music from your device, with the best sound quality. A large TV screen is located in the living room and has access to Netflix.The garden is simply wonderful, relax yourself watching the movement of the palm trees pushed by the gentle breeze. The pool is 10 meters long by 4 meters wide, together with the garden are one of the real hallmarks of the property.
