Elegant and large townhouse located almost on the outskirts, in a very quiet area, but only a five-minute walk to the centre of Pollensa. A lovely hall leads to the first floor, where there is a fantastic living and dining room with a balcony overlooking the street, with beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains, a second living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen full equipped with a door to a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. On the second floor, there is a large bathroom and three bedrooms, one of them opening out onto another terrace with views of the mountains at the back of the property. The third floor is an amazing solarium with sun beds and excellent views. There's a large free parking place at the corner. Smoking is allowed outdoors Air conditioner available 24 hours. IMPORTANT A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday. 24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance. Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
