Amazing location. We took the bus from Mahon and the station is only 2 min away from the hotel. Walking distance to the bus station to the calas and really close to all the restaurants. Super clean and comfortable! They offer a €4 breakfast too. The staff was helpful and super friendly and it’s reasonable priced. I’d definitely be staying here again!

Diego, the owner, truly went above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality. Each day, he suggested several different beaches to visit and other scenic spots to check out along the way. Since I was new to Menorca and traveling by myself, I especially appreciated the advice. He was easy to reach by text message and seemed to make it his personal mission that his guests have a wonderful time.
On my last morning there, I went to get my rental car, and due to flash floods, muddy water was halfway up the tires of the car, the car had mud inside up to dashboard level, and another car had floated into the front, blocking my exit. I had about an hour before I had to leave for the airport, or I would miss my flight and begin an expensive cascade of disasters that would ruin my vacation. Since the flooding had affected the entire area, demand for tow trucks was high, and the rental car company was insisting that I wait in person to turn over the keys.
Diego called them on my behalf and convinced them to allow me to leave the keys in the hotel office, printed out a claim form for me, gathered instructions on how I could get reimbursed for the cab I would need to get to get to the airport on time, and called a cab driver he knew, who showed up promptly. Thanks to Diego's persistent advocacy on my behalf, well above and beyond the call of duty, I made my flight and got reimbursement for the cab fare within a day or two. I will never forget how helpful he was. Having had a lovely time in Menorca, I was already planning to recommend the hotel, but this level of customer service has earned my enthusiastic loyalty for life.
Basically, the owner of the hotel is a naturally friendly and helpful person who truly wants guests to enjoy themselves, and the hotel itself is in a perfect location for exploring Ciutadella and the beaches on the north and west.

Cala Santandria / Cala Blanca is a great base to explore Menorca. There is an excellent selection of restaurants/bars in the central area of Cala Blanca. There is also a broad selection of supermarkets should you wish to self-cater. The location is quiet and perfect for young families with good, clean local beaches. The sunsets, being on the west of the island are magical.

Lovely little resort that is ideal for families, and doesn't feel too overwhelming like some of the bigger resorts. There are a number of beaches that are in walking distance and its a good base to visit beaches and other locations by hire car or bus

Loved scootering around to visit nearby beaches.
Loved scootering around to visit nearby beaches. The area has a nice seaside walking path that leads to other places you can bask on the rocks or swim. Definitely rent a car or scooter as the bus system was not very convenient. Check out Lithica(cool abandoned quarry turned botanical garden and labyrinth) if you’re bored on a not so nice day. Loved the proximity to Ciutadella and how quiet and calm Santandria is. For cheap yummy food check out Can Carrio and Boca Chica, right on the beach.

Huge pool, spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen.
There’s a supermarket crossing the street which we found extremely convenient.
There’s a mini café by the pool, it serves capuchino, beers and some pastries.
It’s the perfect hotel for a family vacation with kids. If you are young there’s not much partying but you can call a cab and go to other places nearby.
It’s a 5 min cab away from the city centre which is very picturesque. There’s loads of buses there to take you to different Calas and beaches.
The location, staff and cleanliness are great. There is a relaxed vibe to the hotel and the other guests seemed at ease - as if they come here every year! The breakfast is fine, we had lunch and supper a few times too, both of which were excellent.
Great location, close to restaurants, supermarket, public busses. The apartment had all what you need, own locked up carpark. Gorgeous views over the beach from the balcony. We were 2 couples staying there and had the best time
Loved the helpfulness of the staff, they helped us for any questions we had about the island/beaches/transportation and late check-in. Also the location of the hotel was beautiful with a crystal clear water in the front.
The breakfast was great, the rooms were really clean and the service was impeccable. Both Tonys were really helpful, as was the girl (sorry we didn’t get her name!). The beach by the hotel is beautiful.
The private pool, sun all day, spacious rooms with aircon, good shower pressure, walking distance to eateries, bars, beach and supermarket, everything worked as it should.
Some staff are friendly. Location is good. Parking outside was fine. Supermarket opposite. Close to a small beach with good restaurants. Close to cittadella.
Well equipped family villa. Great location for beaches, pubs and restaurants. Samuel was extremely helpful with any questions we had and replied instantly.
The location, the pool the size of the villa and the pool was larger than it looks on the photos.
Just convenient to shops, restaurants, bars and the sea.
