Property info

Cosy and bright apartament with solarium on the roof terrace. Its location makes it ideal for couples, groups of friends and families of up to 5 members, thanks to its 2 bedrooms and the sofa-bed. The flat has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa-bed, and a cosy solarium with its furniture and a small barbecue, where you can enjoy the magnificent sea views, the mild climate of the area and spectacular sunsets.

Neighborhood info

The area of Risco Caído is a fantastic location or starting point for your excursions. Very well communicated with Puerto de la Cruz, La Orotava and the motorway. The beach of Bollullo is only a few minutes away by car. Around the house you will find several highly recommended restaurants and Guachinches (local food and local wine). It is easy to park on the street and less than 1 kilometre away you will also find a pharmacy, supermarkets, and everything you need for your stay.
