Restored ultra modern three bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a historic home situated in the heart of the Old Town of Javea. This gorgeous, newly refurbished piso in a historic building offers a short walk to bars, restaurants, market and shops, just steps from the property. High ceilings provide a palatial feeling with the feel of high end opulence. 2023 UPDATE: ****NEW****BEDROOM AIR CONDITIONING UNITS INSTALLED

The historic centre of Xabia/Javea originates from the Medieval period and offers narrow streets with white facades, arched doorways, gothic windows and ironworks, all finished with the characteristic Xabia's sandstone.
