Beautiful house. Everything was high end. The best was the rooftop terrace. Location was convenient and you can walk to everything you need - groceries, restaurants, shopping, cafes. Mario and Inesa are extremely helpful.

We are a small family business. We are dedicated to tourist accommodation in Tenerife and La Gomera and we also have a tablecloth store in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Property info

The minimum reservation is FIVE nights. Reservations with children under 12 years of age are NOT accepted. All reservations of more than EIGHT nights have FREE weekly cleaning service. The apartment is on the top floor of our two-story building. In the building there are two apartments with independent entrances. THERE ARE NO common spaces to share with other guests from another apartment. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The three bedrooms are on different levels. Master bedroom - 180x200 bed and private bathroom. To access this bedroom you have to climb 12 steps from the living room. Second bedroom - two single beds 90x190. Third bedroom - single bed 90x190. To access these two bedrooms you have to go down 4 steps from the living room. For the second and third bedrooms there is a bathroom on the same floor. The terrace is a large space of 70 m2 with an auxiliary kitchen, outdoor sofa and armchairs, and an outdoor shower. It is a very sunny place, with palm trees, views of the city, ocean and church. There is no toilet on the terrace. We have free parking for our guests. It is outside the building and is only suitable for small and medium-sized cars. It is necessary to reserve it.

Neighborhood info

Our building is located on the pedestrian area in the historic center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in the flat area of the city. Santa Cruz is a relatively small city with only 210 000 inhabitants. There is public transport (bus and tram), passenger sea port (for connections with the islands of Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura), many cafes and restaurants, the municipal market "Our Lady of Africa" (open every day). It is a good starting point to get to know the entire island.
