Company info

Arrival is done autonomously through a key box located at the entrance of the house. We will not be present, we give privacy to guests staying in our flat, but if you need us we are available from our real estate agency Plaza Estates, Monday to Friday from 10h to 18h except holidays. Outside these hours we provide a telephone number for emergencies only.

Forget your worries in this great accommodation. Decorated with style, making every corner of the house special, whether reading a good book in the reading corner, cooling off in the magnificent private pool or relaxing on the spectacular terrace by the pool, ideal for families and friends. with friends. Distributed over three floors. You enter the house on the middle floor, where there is the living room, kitchen, toilet, reading corner and large balcony, from this floor you communicate with the upper floor and the lower floor through stairs; going up you will find two of the bedrooms and two bathrooms and on the lower floor there are the other two bedrooms, a bathroom and the spectacular terrace with private pool. There is no parking. The fireplace is decorative, not suitable for use. There are housing construction works at the entrance of the street. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Neighborhood info

The house is situated in a quiet area, only 4 minutes drive from the beach of Burriana and about 10 minutes drive from the centre. Nearby, less than 5 minutes walk you have a supermarket, Mercadona. Ideal to enjoy the beautiful coastal town of Nerja, but without the hustle and bustle of the more central areas and just a few minutes from all amenities.
