Lluminosa House is a beautiful and modern townhouse for rent in Menorca, featuring minimalist style with a pool. It's located in the historic center of Ferreries, a very quiet and residential area of Ferreries, right in the heart of Menorca. Its location makes it a strategic and ideal place to have the entire island within reach in a matter of minutes. The house stands out for its location and spaciousness in all rooms, especially for its fabulous exterior where you can enjoy a large patio with a pool and barbecue. This villa rental in Menorca accommodates eight people and is distributed over two floors. It has four double bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a living-dining room, three bathrooms, two of which are en suite, a terrace, a patio with a pool, and a barbecue. Access to the house is through stairs. These lead to the living room. The spacious living-dining room features a large L-shaped sofa, television, air conditioning, and a large square table and chairs for all diners. Additionally, it has direct access to the balcony, which offers beautiful views of the mountain and the pool.

The village has all the necessary services and a wide range of restaurants just a few meters from the house. Within walking distance of the property, there are bakeries, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, a medical center, taxi and bus stops, hairdressers, etc. Ferreries is only 7km away from the prestigious beach of Cala Galdana and a few kilometers from the rest of the beaches, towns, and the countless points of interest on the island. Just a few minutes from the townhouse for rent in Menorca, there is a bus stop that offers a good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so renting a car is not essential, although always recommended on an island like Menorca where there is much to see, especially if you want to access different prominent spots and all the virgin coves more easily. Tourist tax of the Balearic Islands not included in the price. At the time of arrival, the Balearic Islands tourist tax will be collected.
