Preciosa casa rehabilitada combinando las partes antiguas con las nuevas. Muy bien situada en el casco antiguo. Patio trasero para entrar con coche, capacidad para tres. Terraza en altura y patio con cocina para poder estar al aire libre. Cocina muy grande y muy completa. Propietario muy atento q responde muy rápido a los mensajes, facilita rutas y sitios para comer por la zona.

Featuring an 11th-century tower with panoramic views, and other historic original features, Casa Lucía is a 5-bedroom house in Requena. This unique property offers underfloor heating, a cave and a large terrace. The restored house has a cozy living room with a wood-burning heater and access to both the cave and a games room inside the tower. A dishwasher, oven, washing machine and large table are included in the modern kitchen. There are 3 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a room with 2 bunk beds, as well as 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The outdoor terrace offers views of the Magro Valley and Sierra de Tejo Mountains. You can find shops, bars and restaurants in the town center. Requena Train Station is a 15-minute walk from the house and there is easy access to the A3 Motorway. Central Valencia is a 45-minute drive away. Private parking is available on site for 4 cars.
