This fully modernized holiday home is located in the quiet resort Palmeras Beach in Puerto del Carmen. Tastefully and with high quality, the owner has created an oasis of well-being for your holiday. The kitchen is well equipped - there's nothing missing and you even have a view of the sea from the window while cooking. Both bedrooms are equipped with high quality mattresses; one of the two bedrooms has two single beds and a dressing room, the other has a double bed (160x200) and a large wardrobe. On the upper floor there is a bathroom between both bedrooms, on the ground floor there is a separate toilet between kitchen and living area. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The beach and the nearest supermarket are only 3 minutes walk away. However, if you want to use a rental car during your holiday, you will always find a parking place right in front of your door. Otherwise, you can get here without a car, the nearest bus stop is not far away. Long-term requests are welcome. Please ask for the special conditions. Due to the relatively open staircase, the house is not so suitable for smaller children who are keen to discover.
