Property info

This is a detached house with 4 bedroom (2 of them with ensuit) plus an extra office. From any space in the house you can see the Atlantic ocean and the island of Gran Canaria. There´s direct access to the garden and swimming pool from two of the bedrooms and the living room. The house has an outdoor dining area and a portable barbacue. The house fits 9 people very comfortably and has a two car garage.

Neighborhood info

This location is 10 minutes by car to the capital, Santa Cruz and 15 minutes to La Laguna (Unesco Human Heritage city). Both cities are very worth visiting for historic sites and museums and for great dining. Tabaiba / Radazul is a strategic location in the island for easily visiting the South (beaches, sun, Siam Park, Resorts, etc. ) in about 40 minutes drive, and the North (historic villages, black sand beaches, Loro Parque, hiking, mountain sports..,) in also 40 min drive. There´s also a direct way to Mount Teide from our house as well. There are a couple of beaches 5 minutes from the house in Radazul area, as well as supermarkets, post office, cafeterias, restaurants and a small harbor.
