This typical canarian house located in the beautiful Anaga Rural Park has recently been renovated with high quality materials. It is a 2 storey house with a large terrace with stunning views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, everything fully equipped . The perfect place for hikers, to enjoy a relaxing holiday far from mass toursim. The house is completely equipped and offers a Smart TV and high speed wifi connection (600 MB).

Our house is registered in the registry of vacation homes of the competent Administration in the field of tourism and therefore it offers all guarantees. New: Maintenance and equipment 2023: Between July and December 2023 some works have been carried out in the house and it has been equipped with new equipment. In summary, the following has been done: a) Works and maintenance works: Interior painting, sanding and varnishing of the exterior wood, felling of the palm tree, new enclosure at the access to the house and various repairs. b) New equipment: 40 m2 awning, SPA, outdoor shower, new outdoor led lighting in colours and programmable, wood stove, new kitchenware, new towels, new bed linen, data with fibre contracted with the supply company at maximum speed. This typical Canarian property from the year 1650 is located in beautiful Taganana, on a very steep road with no traffic (only parking possibility in a distance of approx 100 m.). This area, Anaga Rural Park, is a paradise for nature lovers and hikers, one of the many ways comes directly to our house along. This property was completely renovated in 2007, high-quality materials were used such as basalt rock for walls or mulberry wood for the wood paneling in the interior. The floor on the ground floor consists of handmade terracotta tiles. The ceilings are provided with thermal insulation. All fittings and electrical appliances are also of the highest quality. In the upper floor are 2 bedrooms (each one with a double bed), overlooking the green, and a shower room. On the lower floor you will find the dining room, the kitchen, the living room, the third bedroom (with 2 single beds) a second shower room and spacious terrace. The almost all day sunny terrace has a dining table, spa, outside shower and sunbeds that invite to enjoy the wonderful views. Hiking trails start direclty at the house.

Neighborhood info

The village Taganana is the largest village in the natural park Anaga. It lies in the south of the park and in the northeast of the island of Tenerife. Taganana is not only unique because of the magnificent natural landscapes that surround the village, but also because it retains the charm of the villages of yesteryear. If you drive through San Andrés the serpentine road, we get a fascinating view over Santa Cruz and the deep blue Atlantic. On the drive can be driving past the diversity of vegetation marvel. The special feature of this drive to Taganana is not only the fantastic panorama, but the boundary between two halves vegetation. On the one hand, depending on which direction you go, you can see how everything is bathed in a rich green and on the other side one sees only a few cacti. But over La Laguna the route passes through the beautiful moist laurel forest. Taganana is a popular destination for hikers and climbers who use the village as a base for their operations and tours. For beach lovers this area offers stunning beaches which are also ideally suited for surfing. The three black sand beaches, with good fish restaurants are only about 3 km from Taganana.
