Beautiful four-bedroom flat with garden located in Otañes, a quiet village in a green valley, an idyllic rural setting to relax and enjoy the surroundings. In the flat we can find: ON THE GROUND FLOOR: The open plan kitchen equipped with; microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine-dryer, enough utensils for cooking and coffee, sugar, salt and oil; the living room, with plasma TV and DVD and with a veranda overlooking the mountain and we also find the exit to the garden. There are also two bedrooms, one double and one single with two beds and a bathroom. UPSTAIRS: There is a suite with its own bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub and a dressing room. It also has a TV and a cot for babies. In total, up to 6 people can rest. The flat has a free WIFI network, essential nowadays. It also has fire extinguishers. The flat is equipped with an alarm system (Securitas Direct) for the protection of people and belongings. In the square where the flat is located you can park for free. There are painted white lines marking the parking spaces. In the first line there are three large parking spaces and in case you need more parking spaces, you can park behind these first three parking spaces.

It is located 10 minutes by car from Castro-Urdiales, 25 minutes from Bilbao, 45 minutes from Santander and 70 minutes from Donostia - San Sebastián by the Cantabrian A-8 motorway. It is surrounded by nature trails which can be explored on foot, by bicycle or on horseback. There are several beaches at your disposal, located in Castro-Urdiales, Mioño, Oriñón and Laredo. Mountain enthusiasts can also find their space in the different and varied existing routes. There is a riding school for horse lovers, located in Mioño. It is surrounded by natural paths which can be covered on foot, by bicycle, or on horseback. There are several beaches at your disposal, located in Castro-Urdiales, Mioño, Oriñón and Laredo.
