The Charming Fuencarral Street is a nice attic apartment in the best area of ​​Madrid, Calle Fuencarral. A pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants 2 minutes from the famous Gran Vía street. This apartment is very bright and has two levels: On the top floor we find a bedroom open to the living room with a double bed. On the ground floor there is a living room with flat screen TV, dining area and a sofa bed plus an additional living room where we find a second sofa bed. The apartment has a complete private bathroom with shower and full kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils: ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, pots and pans, plates and glasses ... Among the amenities of the apartment we also find: Free Wifi, air conditioning and heating, sheets and towels, washing machine, hair dryer and free toiletries. The building where this fantastic apartment is located has an elevator.

Neighborhood info

It’s the best shopping street in Madrid. Fuencarral, in the Malasaña neighbourhood, is formed by a continuous row of shops on both sides with various brands, from vintage to high-end cosmetic stores. It gets very crowded on the weekends, but the street has been converted into a pedestrian walkway, which makes it easier for tourists, locals and shoppers to get around.
