APARTMENT With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. In a building with an elevator, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - A lounge area with sofa and television - The kitchen open to the living room and with a breakfast bar - The full bathroom with shower with screen The sleeping area is organized as follows: - Bedroom 1 with a 135x190 double bed - Bedroom 2 with a 135x190 double bed (this bedroom does not have a window) The apartment is located in an old Madrid building and its windows overlook the corrala. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. The house has heating by means of electric radiators in the living room and both bedrooms. Hot water works through an 80-liter electric water heater: it is important to know because it can run out and then it is necessary to wait for the water heater to fill up again. Nearby parking: Parking Delicias 24 hours: Paseo de las Delicias, 82, 28045 Madrid

The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and you can find different terraces where you can have a drink and relax. You will have several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Also, if you are going to travel by train from the Atocha station, you can walk directly. Perfectly connected to the Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía stops and a pleasant walk from them. The Reina Sofía Museum is only a 4-minute walk away and the Retiro Park is 15 minutes away. The Atocha station is a 2-minute walk away, the Arte metro station is a few minutes away on foot.
