Fully renovated to highest standards holiday home located in the beachfront urbanization Playa Real, Marbesa with direct access to the beach. Elegant and beautifully decorated apartment situated on elevated ground floor and offers the most of comfort to the guests. Spacious living room with large sofa, smart TV, dining table for 6 persons and access to the terrace with sitting area and views to the pool. Master bedroom with super king size bed (1.80 x 2.00), bathroom and access to the main terrace. Second bedroom has two single beds and adjacent shower room. Ultra modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. All rooms equipped with AC units, electric shutters and mosquito nets. Fast Wi-Fi. Within the complex the apartment positioned in the closest to the beach apartment's block and it takes you only 1 minute walk to the pool area. The apartment offers a couple of light weighted sun loungers so that guests can sunbathe in a privileged location on the front line with breathtaking open sea views.Only few steps away from sandy beach and famous Le Papillon restaurant & beach club. Nikki Beach only 10 mins walk. Marbella centre - 12km.

Surrounded by luxury villas, numerous very picturesque beach bars and restaurants, the complex has direct access to the beach. Onsite beach restaurant "Le Papillon" is the perfect setting for lunch and dinner. Children are welcome. It has an extensive range of culinary delights offering International dishes and traditional, Spanish Cuisine.The Restaurant offers a fine wine list and Cocktail menu. Lively town Elviria located just 2kms away. Elviria is a popular holiday destination and is home to the five-star Don Carlos Hotel and the famous Nikki Beach Club. There are you can find many fine restaurants and bars. Within a 4km you reach the hidden pearl of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It's a small but enchanting harbor with pretty port, with its small boatyard, beautiful sandy beaches, water sports activities and a large choice of restaurants. We recommend elegant beach restaurant Cocoa Beach Marbella. It is recommended to have a car to fully enjoy the area.
