Very nice apartment in the center of Playa de Las Americas with sea view, situated in a strategic location 50 meters walk from the most beautiful beaches in the south of Tenerife: Playa Troya and Monkey Beach. The House is located in an elegant building, with two elevators, a cozy and modern Hall with cleaning day, seven days a week. The building is characterized by a large sun terrace with loungers, umbrellas and two large swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. The terrace is completely closed and is an ideal and exclusive place to relax, sunbathe or play with their children in their full and complete peace. The swimming pool water is treated and cleaned every day at seven in the morning to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety every day of the year, summer and winter. The house is located on the third floor, and it was recently renovated with designer furniture, accompanied by a sofa bed in the lounge, a double bed and a single bed in the master bedroom for a total of 5 places at night. The kitchen is new, and equipped with electric oven, four induction plates, a microwave and a fridge freezer.
Services nearby: The building for its excellent central location allows everyone to move on foot without the use of taxis or rental cars. The house is located in a strategic area of ​​Las Americas and is' close to several services: Supermarket: Under the building is present a convenient supermarket open from 9.00 to 21.00, where stock up daily. Fresh fruits and vegetables of the island: At a distance of 20 meters from a nice Italian gardener, selling vegetables and fruit always fresh every day with a store is always open until 21.00 pm.
