Property info

Beautiful duplex all exterior. Very quiet and fully equipped; Heating and hot and cold water. American kitchen attached to living room with pantry and bathroom; two attic bedrooms each with a double bed and full private bathroom. Desk, TV and WIFI. Easy parking area nearby without payment. A 5 minute walk from the beach and 15 from downtown. Easy access to the highway and a ten minute walk from the train station. The building has an elevator. Pets of maximum 10 kilos are accepted on request with a charge of 12 euros per stay. We only accept dogs. It is necessary to CONFIRM the arrival time.

Neighborhood info

The accommodation is located in the neighborhood of El Natahoyo which is ten minutes from the city center. In the surroundings you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, cider houses, restaurants, cafes, etc ... Near bus stops that connect to the center and taxi stops. The parking area is white area so there is no charge for parking the car. The apartment is five minutes from the beach of El Arbeyal and ten from the beach of Poniente
