Our GETAWAY Homes for Rent brand was born in 2014, when a group of three people with extensive experience in real estate management and tourism decided to offer travelers, welcoming and different properties in special areas of Gran Canaria. Our main objective has always been to satisfy the expectations of an H2H (Home to Home) vacation trip, offering our guests the experience of a local resident lifestyle. That is, being able to enjoy all the activities, gastronomy and culture that our friendly islands offer day by day, added to the wonderful warm climate that we have throughout the year and that makes us enjoy the beautiful and different beaches of the island. We come from the real estate sector where we have developed our previous activity with different promotions and rehabilitations in different municipalities of the Island. Our group is formed by professionals in business management and international training Also a great team specialized in tourism with proven experience in the sector. All the accommodations we manage, have been previously selected and adapted to a current, modern and functional style that connects, and perfectly satisfies, our travellers needs.

Bright, cosy and spacious holiday home, completely refurbished in December 2022, with large terrace in the heart of Las Palmas, very quiet and residential area. Las Palmas, very quiet and residential area. This property with character, stands out in its decoration for its bohemian and modern style. With vibrant colours in the bathroom and kitchen and Asian paintings and textile details in the bedroom and living room that make it a very special house. It has a large bedroom and private office for work as well as a large living room with dining room and TV area. Large and sunny terrace with hammock, shower and table and chairs to enjoy relaxing meals outside where you can make use of the awning if necessary. All this adds to the fantastic ambience of the house.

Neighborhood info

Located just a few metres from the emblematic Hotel Santa Catalina Royal Hideawa and fantastic parks, including the Doramas Park and a dynamic leisure area in the Marina of Puerto Deportivo. A few minutes away from one of the best urban beaches in Spain, Las Canteras, or from the old town and commercial areas of the city: Triana, Vegueta or the Mesa y López shopping area. Due to its location, this accommodation is ideal for discovering all the treasures of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. If you like to discover cities by bike, this is the perfect location. Public transport connections are also excellent.
