HUTB-1706 Welcome to our luxury lovely apartment located in the best area of Gracia! It is a cozy, modern and comfortable apartment, ideal for couples. Designed completely for the confort of our guests. It has AC, TV, washer, dryer, Wifi. It is 2 min away from "Gracia" station and 5 from "Fontana", 10 minutes to the city center! In an area with lots of good restaurants and shops.

This street is centrally located, making it convenient for those who want to explore the city and enjoy all it has to offer. Gràcia's history dates back to the 17th century, when it became an independent village. In 1897, Gràcia became part of Barcelona and today it is known for its bohemian atmosphere and narrow streets full of shops, bars and restaurants. There are many tourist attractions close to the flat, including Park Güell, one of Barcelona's most famous parks and designed by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí. Also nearby is the famous La Pedrera building, another of Gaudi's many iconic buildings in Barcelona.
