This country house in Alhaurín el Grande has a privileged location and is surrounded by countryside. It has a private swimming pool and a plot fenced around its perimeter, allowing you to enjoy a rural space and escape from the routine without forgetting the proximity to urban centres such as Alhaurín el Grande or Cártama, where you will find local shops, leisure facilities and restaurants. The road communication is very good, which will allow you to enjoy the province of Malaga and its natural surroundings, such as Barranco Blanco, the Juanar Refuge, the Caminito del Rey or the centre of Malaga with all its cultural offer. In addition, the Costa del Sol has a large number of blue flag beaches. To get to the house, you have to walk a 500 metres stretch of unpaved road, in good condition. When you reach the plot, you will find an automatic gate that will give you access to a path to the parking area. The walls surrounding the house are high, which guarantees privacy. Outside, you will find a roof that covers most of the space, providing shade on hot days and protection in case of rain. The pool area is uncovered and surrounded by a private setting. There is also a barbecue and an outside toilet with shower. The interior of the house is simple and complete. At the entrance, there is a spacious living-dining room connected to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A corridor leads to the three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The house can accommodate up to eight people. The gîte also has free wifi. Please note that in order to stay in this property, a deposit is required to be held or paid before the keys are handed over. The deposit will be released or refunded after your stay.
