It was super clean, which anyone staying at private flats knows is often rare. Quiet area, but close to everything. Great communication and very fast response to any needs. Lidl 2 min away. When we first arrived, I felt perhaps we were to far from the center, but after going in to town, I realized that the location was perfect. Far enough to be quiet, but only 6 min walk to the heart of it. The center would be very noisy. The aircon rocks, which is nice for the hot day times. The host supplies some great recommendations, though we did often just wander and try out random places. Keys were super easy to get, probably the most simple in a year, and we travel a lot. Nothing is far away, and for the price, you get an awesome flat. Forget hotels, stay here

This spacious duplex furnished with modern and simple style is upstairs bedroom with large double bed of 150 cm and a bathroom with sink, toilet and bathtub; besides the beautiful private terrace perfect for breakfast, lunch, sunbathe or enjoy a wine on a warm evening. The ground floor is divided between the compact and fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils; and living room with double sofa bed 160 cm which makes it ideal for 4 guests.

Neighborhood info

Nearby is the Plaza de los Terceros with many bars to enjoy Seville gastronomy. Calle Sol has representative buildings as the church and the convent of Los Terceros and the Casa del Rey Moro, who happens to be the oldest in the city (XV century).
