Excellent location in the very historic and hip district of Ruzafa (Russafa/Rusafa). Good restaurants and cool craft beer bars very near. 20 to 25 mins walking distance to the train station or downtown or the City of Arts and Sciences or the Central Mercado. Carolina was an excellent host, super friendly, very helpful, and acts immediately to resolve any issues (issue with hot water heater not working and she resolved within 30 mins or less!). We would absolutely stay here again if we visit Valencia in the future.
