Duplex de lujo en pleno centro de negocios, ocio y comercio de la ciudad, al lado de todo, biblioteca municipal, museos, restaurantes .... Dos habitaciones con dos baños y pequeña cocina office ideal para desayunar. Con una decoración moderna y funcional. Las amplias camas de 105 cm cada una se pueden convertir en una enorme cama matrimonial de 210 cm si los huéspedes lo desean.

Es la mejor zona para disfrutar de la ciudad, tanto si vienes para trabajar como por ocio ya que está situado en la zona financiera y a un paso de la Calle Príncipe, calle peatonal de comercio. La Plaza de la Constitución está a un minuto andando para poder disfrutar del ambiente de la ciudad, esta zona llena de restaurantes y cafeterías. Para desplazarte por la ciudad tienes paradas de autobuses y un parking para el coche justo en la misma calle Policarpo Sanz
