We are a young and dynamic company created in 2002, and with many years of experience in the real estate and holiday lettings, concentrated in the 3.7 million m² of the residential resort Cumbre del Sol. Our customer service staff speaks Spanish, English, German and French.

The Urbanisation Cumbre del Sol is located in the town of Poble Nou de Benitatxell/Benitachell between Javea and Moraira, just a few kilometers from the Mediterranean motorway (AP-7). It covers an area of 3,700,000 m2, close to the Mediterranean Sea. It is framed by sites of special protection as Natural Park of La Granadella (Jávea), Puig de la Llorença, the highest point with its 445 meters, and el Portet of Moraira. The resort boasts the Moraig Cala beach, of clear water and gravel which lies at the foot of a dramatic cliff. In addition to its appeal to the bath, it is the Cova dels Arcs, a beautiful aquatic cave that is natural exit of an underground river. A treasure for lovers of diving.
