This beautiful apartment is very spacious, with a bright and spacious living room with a double sofa bed and 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds. The 25-meter terrace has two areas, one with a table and chairs to eat and the other with armchairs and a low table to relax. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. I also has centralized heating for the winter, powerful AC and ceiling fans for the summer. Fully equipped, with optimized resources for greater sustainability and with technology applied to well-being, smart temperature controllers for optimal air conditioning throughout the stay, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, towels, bed, shampoo, shower gel, AC and heating, washing machine, iron, and a wide variety of cooking utensils. *Autonomous check-in with electronic lock, mobile access. *If you come as a family and with children, let me know in advance so that I can prepare the apartment for you with the necessary equipment so that you do not have to worry about anything. Eixample is without a doubt one of the best areas of the city. Central, safe, with an excellent transport network and a hub for many of the city's great Modernist works. Paseo de Gracia and the old town are just a 10-minutes walk away. The apartment is located in a traditional Eixample street, surrounded by shops and gastronomic offers. The apartment is very close to the Urgell (L1) y Universitat (L1 y L2) metro stations.
