Property info

This 3-bedroom apartment with a spectacular 100m2 terrace with sun all year round is located in a typical modernist building in the center of Barcelona. The terrace is a gift in summer or winter, since it is very protected and sunny, and due to its orientation it can be enjoyed throughout the year. Between the living room and the terrace, you will find a cozy interior rest area to relax while enjoying the sun. 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, 2 with two single beds, and also a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped, with optimized resources for greater sustainability and with technology applied to well-being, smart temperature controllers for optimal air conditioning throughout the stay, electronic lock for easy access, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, towels, bed, shampoo, shower gel, air conditioning and heating, washing machine, iron, and a wide variety of cooking utensils. *Autonomous check-in with electronic lock, mobile access. *If you come as a family and with children, let me know in advance so that I can prepare the apartment for you with the necessary equipment so that you do not have to worry about anything. (cot, high chair, etc).

Eixample is with no doubt one of the best areas of the city . Central , safe with a excellent transportation network and home for many Modernist works and this apartment is in the very center of this area , less than 10 minutes walk to la Pedrera and the trendiest area of Paseo de Gracia. Aribau street were is located the apartment is very famous for its restaurants and bars , and it is one of the favourite areas of locals to hang out after work . The apartment is very well comunicated with lots of buses lines in Avenida Diagonal, 8 minutes by foot to the Diagonal (L3 y L5) metro station and Catalans Railways.
