The hotel is newly renovated, sleek, modern and super clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Loved the scent of the bath products. Reception, breakfast and cleaning staff were lovely and helpful, in particular Melanie, Fernando, Juanjo and Rosalia. I loved the lounging furniture on the pool deck. The hotel is very conveniently situated and is well connected by bus to Palma and the airport. Wish I could've stayed longer.

Beautiful ambiance throughout and location was amazing both for accessibility and views . I was checking out at 4 am and the night manager Sebastian , a true Gentleman prepared a lovely coffee .. as with all the staff conscientious, professional and a credit to the Hotel.

We only stayed for 1 night prior to our ferry to Menorca. Location was great inside the old city walls of Alcudia. We rented a car and beware google maps has you drive directly to the hotel (it is illegal to drive within the old city walls of Alcudia). I finally backed my way out of the Old City and found a parking lot that was a couple blocks for the hotel.
