This property is built on a plot of 3.000 m², which offers a house of 180 m² for your enjoyment, with a capacity for a group of 6 people. The property is built on a ground floor and has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The whole house has central heating and air conditioning with individual controls for each room, plus WIFI. This property offers an impressive kitchen with island and has all the appliances so you can enjoy family meals (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). A large living / dining room with large sliding doors and large windows create the desired interior / exterior feel where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking views. There are plenty of entertainment options provided by a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and iPod docking station.
