Very sunny newly renovated studio located in Plaza de Santa Ana, 2 minutes from Puerta del Sol. Located on the third floor of a historic building without elevator, the studio is fully equipped with flat screen television, double bed with canape to store the clothes, hot and cold air conditioning, washing machine, coffee maker, water heater, plates, pans, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. It has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower tray and hair dryer.. As it has space for 2 people, it is a perfect apartment for couples or friends who come to the center of Madrid either for work or leisure reasons. There is a public parking just 50m from the apartment.

Located in the Centro district, the Cortes neighborhood is located in the heart of Madrid, offering a huge variety of experiences, both cultural and leisure. Located in the art triangle - made up of the three most representative museums in Madrid: the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum - and bordering La Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía - a street where, in addition to multiple fashion stores, there is the Spanish Broadway, which offers an unbeatable line-up of musicals and shows, it has countless restaurants, pubs, and cocktail bars, which make this neighborhood one of the most fun in Madrid. There is good communication with buses, metro (Antón Martín, Sol, Sevilla, Banco de España and Atocha) and commuter trains (Sol and Atocha).
