Property info

Eva is a house located in a unique settlement on the coast of Benissa, only 250 m away from Les Bassetes cove. It is so close that with a stroll you will be able to delight yourself with this cove, which combines sand and rocks with crystal-clear and calm waters. In the cove you will find the Club Náutico Les Bassetes, where you can practice water sports such as kayaking, sailing or scuba diving. From here you can also get to the ecological pathway that goes along the coast, offering wonderful views of the sea. The traditional style dwelling has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has two kitchens, both fully equipped; one on the first floor and the other, which is an open kitchen, on the lower part of the house, with access to the terrace and the pool. The living-dining room has a fire place and gives access to a covered and glazed terrace, perfect to the enjoy the amazing open views to the sea and the coast the whole year round, protecting you from the sun during summer and from the wind, cold during winter. The property has a big terrace with a swimming pool, a barbecue, sun beds and tables.
