New apartment, bright and charming in its decoration. Spacious living room with exterior views, being able to see part of the spectacular Salinetas beach. Dining area, separate kitchen fully equipped for your use and enjoyment. Dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and all kinds of necessary utensils. Wooden floor, fresh, renovated and charming apartment. It consists of three bedrooms, one main one with a double bed and another two with a single bed in each one. In addition, this apartment has two bathrooms, one of them in the main bedroom suite.

Neighborhood info

Salinetas is a magical and special beach that makes everyone who goes fall in love with it. The apartment is located a few steps on foot from its main avenue. You can also walk along the coast and breathe the sea breeze to Melenara, which is ten minutes away, and continue the walk through Taliarte to La Garita beach with coastal views that will make you fall in love. A few meters away there is a cafeteria with delicious breakfasts and good coffee, on Avenida de Salinetas there is also a restaurant on the beach and if you are looking for good fish and more variety on the beachfront of Melenara Beach you can choose and always with the best views to the sea and the beach insured.
